Correct targeting can bring you up to 80% of success. About 10 years ago it was pretty difficult to do segmentation and use the data-driven approach in digital marketing. Today it is not a problem anymore, so I strongly recommend you to investigate who is your buyer persona and what is the appropriate segmentation model for your cold outreach campaigns.
