Simon62 is on my colourless list. He is likely cbeing criminalised as a plagiarist, spammer or ID thief. Yet i can't find any proof of him doing any of that. It more seems like a personal grudge to have him blacklisted for such a long time and robbing him of his income.
This looks like abuse in itself. The abuse of power, as in a dictatorial system.
