I'm typically a messy cook, but I've actually been getting cleaner. Now, like when I make pancakes for example, I make sure to collect all my ingredient dishes and rinse them in hot water as soon as I'm able so pancake batter residue doesn't become stuck on.

I also take up a little more space in the kitchen than I need... Just a little...

    This is really under-rated! Rinsing as soon as possible... it makes for such an easier clean up later! Also, not leaving pots on the hot stove tops....
