Here are the steps in full size..
I of course started with a sketch which I refined a bit.
I wanted to capture a bit of a 'fiercefulness' (i know that isn't a word) but you know what I mean.. a feisty look.
But still sort of friendly.. She is quite heavily involved/helps the @minnowbooster project so I gave her a logo on that..
And wanted to convey someone who doesn't back down from a challenge.. get to work etc etc..
I think I managed to get that in there.. but i'll leave that to you guys to be the judge of it!
