2 Digit Number Now!
More Winners, More Often!

Now only accepting 2 digit numbers.

With 2 digit numbers your odds of winning are greatly increased. They will now be 100 to 1 odds. This will make for lower payouts but they will happen more often. I would like it if we had a winner every week. So remember, when you buy a ticket, please choose 2 digit numbers.

We will call this our 2-1 game!

Given that it is 1 STEEM or SBD for a ticket, and that we use a 2 digit number we will call this game the 2-1 game (2 digit number, $1 to play). This is our most basic game. Once this game is up and going we may add other games in this same fashion.

Rules for the 2-1 Game

2 Digit Number

We use a 2 digit number for this lottery.

When purchasing a ticket you will tell us whatever 2 digit number you want.

If your number matches the number on one of our weekly drawings you are a winner!

Matches only count if your ticket was purchased before 12:00 am midnight eastern time (4:00 UTC) Sunday (11:59 pm Saturday night or sooner) that particular week. If you purchase a ticket at 12:00 am Sunday morning (that week) it is part of the following weeks drawing.

• So if you purchase a ticket at 12:00 am eastern Sunday morning and it matched it is not a winner. Instead it will go into the drawing for the following week.
• However if you purchased a ticket at 11:59 pm Saturday (3:49 UTC Sunday) night and the next day we drew your number then you would in fact win.
• UTC is 4 hours ahead of eastern time.

Pricing and Purchasing

• Purchasing a ticket costs 1 STEEM or SBD.
• To purchase a ticket:
  1. Click the arrow next to your STEEM or SBD in your wallet and choose "transfer".
  2. In the field marked "@" put block-lotto.
  3. Put 1 in the "Amount" field.
  4. Put the 2 digit number you are buying a ticket for in the "Memo" field.
  5. Hit "Next" then finish using your private active key.
  6. If you purchase multipe tickets then transfer 1 STEEM or SBD for each ticket and put all 2 digit numbers you want in the memo field seperated by commas. (Please remember to seperate your 2 digit numbers by commas.)
     • Alternatively you can transfer 3 times with 3 different wallet memos (and 2 digit numbers). Either way is fine.

You can purchase as many tickets as you like, there is no limit.

Just be sure you put a 2 digit number for each one in your memo field when transferring.

Any wallet transfers received without the 2 digit number in memo will be issued the default number 00.

Any wallet transfers received that have numbers less than 2 digits will have 0 put in front of their number like this example:

• Wallet transfer memo says 5.
  • Your number will be 05.

Tickets are good until we draw a winner so you stay in the game for weeks if no one wins!

Drawing Every Week!!

You have a chance to win each and every week!

We will use this page to get our numbers.

We will generate a random 2 digit number and put a snapshot of the number in the post.

This site timestamps each and every time (in UTC) so you will be able to see that the number is being generated around the time of the post.

If your number matched, you're a winner!!

The drawing will be for any person that has purchased a ticket on or before the Saturday of that week at 11:59 pm eastern (3:59 UTC).

If you purchase a ticket at or after 12:00 am eastern (the Sunday of that week) then your ticket will be for the following week's drawing.

Tickets are good until we find a winner!

If there are no winners then numbers, all tickets, numbers and 90% of ticket sales will transfer over until the following week. Thus starting off the following week's Jackpot (75% of accumulated ticket sales, see below.).

This process will continue until we have a winner during a weekly drawing.

So if no one wins the first week, then everyone from the first week is still able to win the following week and so on until we have a winner.

Accumulated Ticket Sales

The liquid ticket sales will accumulate until someone wins the Jackpot (75% of accumulated ticket sales, see below.).

• In the case of no winner at the weekly drawing then 10% of the total accumulated ticket sales will go to @block-lotto for maintenance as the other 90% rolls over to the next week and be added to whatever tickets are purchased that week. This total becomes the new Accumulated ticket sales.
• Jackpot is always 75% of current accumulated ticket sales.
  • The other 25% will go to the house if we have a winner.
  • 25% of what the house earns each week is being donated to @youarehope.
• If there is a winner then the Jackpot will be given to the winner/winners and the ticket sales and numbers will start from 0 and begin to accumulate again.

Once we finally have a winner the jackpot will be sent to that winner/winners, all totals will be reset to 0 and we will start over with a new group of people.

The jackpot will continue to grow each week that there is not a winner until there is a final winner.

Then it will reset back to 0 and start over.

Using a 2 digit number, your odds of winning each week are 100 to 1 for each ticket purchased.

The Jackpot

Jackpot is 75% of all Accumulated Ticket Sales.

• If we have a winner from a weekly drawing we will send 75% of all accumulated ticket sales to the winner/winners.
  • The other 25% will go the the house for running the game.
• If more than one person picks the same winning number then the jackpot will be split equally between all that chose that number.
• Once we have a winner all tickets, numbers, sales and jackpot will reset back to 0 and the game starts over.

Weekly Drawing!

Each week we will post the snapshot of the winning number along with the current list of ticket holders and their corresponding numbers.

We will also outline the current Jackpot value, winner/winners and any other pertinent info.

After we Draw a Winner

You do not have to collect your winnings.

Once we have a winner we will transfer the jackpot amount to that winner/winners on Sunday after the drawing.

Multiple winners will split the jackpot amount equally.

When someone wins we will then set the jackpot back to 0 and all tickets purchased as of 11:59 pm that week's Saturday and before will be null and void.

All tickets purchased 12:00 am eastern time or after, the Sunday we pick a winner, will be the first tickets for the next round and we will start everything over again.
