Create something. I find that expressing yourself in a different way - woodworking, pottery, music, dancing - enriches your life and keeps you balanced. Apply your physical and mental faculties in a different sphere of creativity. For example I built the following from old planks laying around. I used hand tools and enjoyed an audiobook in the background while building this. Super relaxing and therapeutic. So try and get your hands dirty. That's my suggestion. Cheers
