Perfect timing for this contest! My friend shared with me some of this made in Colombia wine, nuns make this from scratch , grapes...everything organic ( LOL). This is the same wine that is served in church( That's what he told me). It's sweet and it got me very tipsy pretty fast.

I use to drink infuse water everyday, kinda simple to made, tasty and healthy of course.
What you need only water and fruits (it can be strawberry, lemon, pineapple, cucumber) which you would like to infused in your water.

This is a drink created in San Juan, Puerto Rico, that combines coconut cream, pineapple and (if desired) rum.
Piña colada is very good for health because it provides the minerals that come from the coconut, including zinc and selenium, which are powerful antioxidants. Pineapple is rich in vitamin C and is excellent for digestion, as well as being a natural anti-inflammatory.

I drink a wide variety of teas, but it's my coffee that turns me into a human every day. Not just any coffee though, something special. Every year I go out and collect Chaga from the local forests. It looks ugly, tastes semi-sweet and kinda like cinnamon. Alone, you can brew tea out of it -and that does make a fine drink. But I grind the stuff down to powder and add it to my coffee grounds. About 1/4 to 1/2 of a tablespoon or so to each brew. I find that it slightly sweetens the coffee without using sugar, and takes out the acidic "bite" from the drink. You know -that feeling in the gut that says "hey goober, ya drank too much of that -ya puddin head. I could spam the list of medical uses for the stuff... but... eh...
