Exactly what I do. I teach meditation. Every "ounce" of stress an individual has makes it harder for them to be a good citizen in the world. The stress leads to suffering, to violence and to unhappiness. With the right practice of meditation, one person at a time I help them be a little better and being them.

If I had all of the time and the money in the world I would enlist people I trusted to help me travel the world and find people and projects who could use a little bit of help. Many would think that in order to make the world a better place, one must have power, wealth or influence, this is not so, to improve the world, I must first improve myself.

I must remember to give without expecting anything in return, to respect my fellow man, not to harm the environment, to abolish the mistreatment of animals, to say good morning, good afternoon, good evening, good evening regardless of whether it is a person I know or not, to help those in need and not just to feed them once, but to teach them how to make a living for themselves.

By doing all this and many other small daily actions, I would achieve a better environment, and better still, it would be an example for many people who could put it into practice and thus, grain by grain, person by person, build that ideal and peaceful world that we all dream, an impossible dream maybe, but come on, let's try it together.

The best way is to reduce dependence on fuel originating from mining and other sources that have a negative impact on the environment. Use public transport, bicycle, or electric vehicle to travel. Also use solar energy in your home, instead of using a gas that interferes with the environment. The habit of eating local food and using local products will also reduce fuel consumption from mining.

Try to save as much energy as possible. Energy production is very burdensome to the earth, often even causing gas mine fires or nuclear energy production. Unused energy can be utilized for more important needs and less energy to be generated. Turn off the lights as you exit the room, do not use warm water for bathing (if the weather is not too cold), use an energy-efficient bulb, turn off the computer when not in use, etc. There are many ways to save energy.

Do not overload it. Do not overeat, do not buy food you do not need, and do not buy new clothes every year. Wear clothes that are still worth wearing. Apply a healthy, balanced diet, as needed so as not to overwhelm. Make compost if there is food left over. Do not waste so much that the earth we love does not form new mountains from the pile of garbage.

I believe we should start with our own home working in respect. Caring for our environment. Throwing the trash in its place. You can help by planting a tree, these give us oxygen and with that there is more life. Be positive, trying to see the positive side of things. Enjoy what you have and what life gives us. By having a positive attitude you can achieve more things. Value friendships. It is important to keep the people who really appreciate us. Value what we have. We need to be more honest in order to achieve equality. We must be aware that there is only one planet on which there is life and in which we are transforming it. I would create a big company, if I produced money I could donate part of it to organizations or create my own organization. I could also give good jobs and pay well to my workers and create programs to provide a better education.
I would donate part of the money to science projects and animal shelters as well.

Now that I don't have money, I do what I can. I respect the laws, the people, animals, and always try to be a good citizen. Now I'm planning to make some money here on Steemit to donate to animal shelters, it's hard but I hope some day I make money enough to do it.

I choose this because for a person to have positive impact on other people he or she must first work on his or herself.
