Welcome to this England Premier League Asian Handicap Betting Contset

This contest will reward those who best manage to beat the asian handicap.
For those not familliar with asian handicaps, it allows for 50%-50% situation in a football match so nobody can get an advantage by just taking the teams who are more likely to win.
(more info on how asian handicaps work)

Contest Rules

  • Each contestant must choose 5 different bets.
    There are 40 options to choose from as each match has Home | Away | Over | Under
  • In case contestants have the same bets, the one who entered first ends avove.
  • Ranking will be made by profit based on listed odds.
  • List your bets as follows.
    For a side = Team name + handicap
    For a total = home team + over or under total handicap
  • All contestants must Upvote this post to enter the contest.
  • Resteem for chance on extra prize money.
  • I will upvote your entry so you know your bets are recorded.
  • Payout Structure.
    1st Place 2.5 SBD
    2nd Place 1.0 SBD
    3th Place 0.5 SBD
    Winner from the ones that resteemed gets 1.0 SBD
  • Contest Entry closes Friday 12:00 UK Time.
  • Winner announcement and Payout will be next Tuesday.

                  Correct entry for betting those teams would be.

                    Not sure where things went wrong. The handicap line next to both the team names is the handicap for the home team. For Arsenal it's-1,25 which means for Leicester it's +1,25

                    I've been using these asian handicaps for years so I'm probably take a bit for granted how to understand them. Anyway, your bets are noted. Best of luck !

                          I need a bit more clarification I read the guidlines just need to sew it all together.
                          Given the @tzap90 post above what does arsenal -1.25 mean . Does it mean Arsenal wins with 2 or more goal margin

                            I know these handicaps can be complicated at first.

                            Arsenal -1.25

                            • Bet wins if Arsenal wins by a goal margin of 2 or more goals (for example 2-0 3-1 ...)
                            • In case they win by exactly a 1 goal margen (for example 1-0 2-1 ...) half of te stake is returned so it is half a loss.
                            • All Arsenal draws an losses fully lose the bet.

                            So If Arsenal only wins their match by a 1 goal margin and your other 4 bets fully cover their handicap your record will be 4W-0.5L which is better then 4W-1L

                            These lines are set so money that comes in on the betting market is close to 50-50 split on each side.
                            I hope this makes it more clear.
