I have a really good story to share which is my own life story, but it seems this contest is limited to only people who have experienced some form of hardship and at the end become successful. Why don’t you make it an open contest, and contestants don’t really have to tell their own stories but create a good story in that category..?
This is just my humble opinion, because there are writers in this community that can create really good stories which aren’t true stories of their lives.
Your idea of this contest is really great.
