If you read the comment you are commenting on, we were not accepting anymore requests . It is usually a 24 hour thing

Four days ago I upvoted, resteemed, and posted the word down in the comments as per your detailed instructions. The day after that, is when you posted a comment that I did in fact read, which said you weren't accepting any more votes. I count 15 people that followed the instructions in the first 24 hours. I was one of them. Can you double check the date stamps in your comments to confirm that?
