I want to remind everyone that, as has been brought up before, "everything is forever on the Internet", but not only that "everything is forever and vastly public on the blockchain."
While the nudes themselves are not kept in the blockchain, that you participated and have a traceable existence to a consistent identity (or pseudo-identity) certainly will be kept for all eternity. Depending on how that image is hosted and how they distribute support, that image may have a much longer lifespan than you have any intention of it having.
But that's little stuff. That's unimportant. Maybe that could be an embarrassment to you if you were running for local public office or became a celebrity. Maybe you wouldn't want your parents to see that you got your tits out for the entire Internet.
Note that there's no guarantees that all entrants will be over 18 – or whatever the "age of legal majority" is in your local community. Not that it matters if we're talking about your local community because once the information is out there, you are subject to the rule of the most litigious culture that the contest crosses into.
How do you think just your local legal authority is going to feel about 14-year-old girls being enticed to appear topless with an identifying picture on a "secretive" Internet site with the added bonus of getting to make decisions about "the blockchain" that they've heard so much about? The problem is that no matter what your thoughts about access to the Internet are – they don't accord with reality. If we don't deal with reality as it stands, the truth as it is, we are unable to make decisions which are capable of protecting ourselves.
As it stands, everyone has access to the Internet. Not only in Western developed countries but increasingly in extremely impoverished nations where cell phone service is the big technological innovation, one driving the vast bulk of their ability to be productive on the world stage and bring wealth to their communities.

I would actually have to be making an invalid claim of something that's not true for it to be "crying wolf."
I'm simply pointing out that the results of this could have some serious and unpleasant fallout for the platform as a whole. I'm not even saying that such fallout isn't inevitable – it very well may be completely unavoidable. At the very least, someone is going to notice that they can get ass loads of upvotes (and as a result increased reputation, increased SP, and increased steem) for showing their tits and more.
I'm honestly rather shocked that it hasn't happened to any noticeable level, yet. That might be a side effect of discoverability on Steemit being a steaming pile, but that's an entirely different discussion.

Most of the major "human trafficking" stings that have been executed in the US in recent years haven't targeted people who are being compelled to be on the street or in the brothel, but rather people who are choosing the best of a bad set of options, by and large.
I don't particularly want to be sitting behind a desk working for someone else 40 hours a week but no one would refer to that as "engineer trafficking" just because I don't particularly like it but do it because the money is good and I like the things that money can buy me.
