Santa Claus bring us special things on the Christmas like every year but on this Christmas he might be picking a lucky person, a home in London about $8.2 million.

This year, Melanie and Nigel Walsh planned to sale their home, but due to the challenging market place and high property taxes, there must be required an innovative method to sell the home.

Melanie Walsh told that with a large home, many people are not ready to pay the Stamp Duty fee. Therefore, to find a new owner the couple made “a competition” on June 16 and it's open to worldwide people who ready to pay the $17 entry fee.

This house includes the half acre lake on its backyard, the provoking wine room, and also holds a rich past.

House made in 1500's and it is situated 14 miles away from the heart of London, it served for Queen Elizabeth as a stay. The queen's stay was later demolished and reconstructed in 1700s, and the title "Dancers Hill House" was given to this house.

If you want to become a finalist in this competition, you must answer the important question that includes the couple (Melanie and Nigel).

"Who was the reigning Monarch on Christmas Day, the year the Dancers Hill House was built?"

Almost 30 years ago, the couple bought this house for $1.5 million and they changed it hugely.
This six-bedroom, six-bathroom home is too big for the couple, after retiring and their children are married.

In the mid of December, winner will be randomly chosen if the couple have achieved their goal about $8.2 million in tickets sale. The competition will be prolonged for another six months, if the tickets of $8.2 million worth is not sale out.

The couple also said that we are not going to tell you that how many tickets have been bought so far but there is a person who bought 80 tickets at once
