Oh my, this one is difficult. Somehow, I think this doesn't have much to do with cars but with the numbers in the second sentence. I tried to come up with combinations of the numbers but I didn't find a tv show with them in the name.

I end up thinking in Stranger Things, because 8 + 3 = 11. And Eleven is one of the protagonists. I'd would be nice if you give us another clue, maybe the genre or the country.
