NFL Survivor Challenge - $500.00 SBD in PRIZES! WEEK #1 - RESULTS!!

in contest •  7 years ago  (edited)

Week #1 has come and gone. It was good to some of you and not so good to others.

Don't get to discouraged. Who would have guessed the Chiefs would stomp on the Pats or all the hype of J.J Watt being back didn't give Houston the greatest defense of the week. Actually if i'm not mistaken I think Jacksonville might have had the best defense of the week.

Now it's time to look over the results of Week #1 and see how you did and where you stand.

If you picked a team that lost you're NOT out.

Also, the teams that you picked for week #1 cannot be picked again by you this season please refer to the results post each week to ensure you don't select a team that you have already selected. This will result in an obvious -1 to your score regardless if the team wins.

Week #2 Contest post will be posted on Thursday September 14th. Do some research if you'd like or if you're feeling lucky just randomly pick a team. Congrats to all who picked well in Week #1 and Good Luck to all of you in Week #2.

I like the -1 for a loss! There will be some serious strategy in the later weeks!

I just realized off your comment what the -1 would represent. Technically it would place someone 2 points back. This was not my intention. It really should be 0. I will adjust this when I get home lol

That makes it much more difficult if that were the case! Now, sitting out a week vs taking a loss is equivalent, which I believe is better!

If we missed week 1 can we still enter in week 2?

Yes you sure can. Also you don't have to play every week if you don't want to or if you miss one.

I can win a prize for the biggest facepalm of the week! hahahahaaa

lol I would blame the Giants. Without Odell Beckham they clearly are pure garbage

AHHAAAA you're too kind <3 XOxooxoXOx

Week 1 and done! Now who to pick for next week! There's some tempting picks.. NE can't lose two in a row can they?? ;)

Lol That's a good theory

500 SBD?!?!
Sounds Great!

Post will be Thursday for week 2 you should get in

Glad I didn't pick the Pats for week #1!

Yep it was heartbreaking for many

Yes, probably one of the teams (if not the team) most picked by people.

I just saw that you beat me by about a point in fantasy football. Congrats!

It was a very close one! I think I was in the lead before Monday Night's games!

Yes lol

You were winning after Sunday night by 10 points or so with 2 guys left. Latavius Murray and C.J Anderson. I only had Melvin Gordon left.

Gordon got a touch down for me.

Murray should be fired off your team. He only had 2 carries for 6 total yards :(

You would've won if he wasn't such garbage haha

lol!

Murray has already been shown the door, along with 4-5 other guys.

I've kept all my Miami and Tampa Bay players. They'll be benching this week but I want to see what they'll do before they go Murray's way.

Nice! Neither of us had a good score compared to the others in the league though. We need to up our game if we want to do good. Good luck this week man

Yes, you're right, time to bring our A game to the league.

Good luck to you too!

I am going to crack it guys, you have no chance :)

Wow :)

Good
