To my understanding, minnows aren't as powerful as whales but as important as valuing the existence of whales and steem blockchain. Also, minnows' vote are important in witness category - in keeping the platform running smoothly and count in every areas. More reason witnesses campaigns for vote.

Yeah sincerely. Minnows are like the backbone of the steemit community but many don't know it yet. It is the votes of minnows that give contest participants the winning edge and as @i-zappl-only said "minnow votes are important in witness category. Successful whales were once minnows.

What are whale with minnow?? The rich is not rich when there is no poor. Where there is no weakling, there is no strong. The whale cant be with out the minnow.

some whale are like Lord while some are like sherperd. The sherperd can not be without the sheep , neither a Lord without a follower. Minnow are needed.

Steemit can not really be a community when the people are not complete. Just like an ecosystem , whale depends on minnow and minnows look up to whales for help
