Well my most favorite book is probably Man's search for Meaning. It's an excellent book by Victor Frankl, and it has two parts. The first which is the story telling part, is about victor-a psychiatrist who tries to survive in a concentration camp(s) during WWII. He takes you through his heart wrenching experiences about what they made him do, and how he lived his live. However, the main objective is to show you rather, how he made it through it successfully. Unwilling men dropped like flies in the book, but essentially he said everyone that had a reason to live, something to do after this could survive off of that. And that's exactly what he did, he found a meaning to his life, which was his wife and the unfinished book he hadn't published yet.
Moreover, the second part talks about how to find meaning. The different types of meaning, and how those different types apply to real life situations. It's a truly fascinating book I found when trying to learn more about psychology. Nevertheless this is my entry. Thanks for the opportunity!
