STACH Short Story Contest #22: 199 words, 5 winners, 15SBD prize pool!

I remember it as if it had been yesterday and I still cannot find it. One night when I arrived at my apartment I found that the lock had been violated. I turned on the lights and observed the place carefully looking for a change, but everything was apparently the same. I was uneasy about not finding any evidence of the person responsible. I decided to prepare a tea to refresh my ideas and when I left the kitchen I saw her, she was there on the floor. How did I not see it before? It was a strange bottle of an opaque color, I took it in my hands and I noticed that it contained a paper inside, a message maybe for me?
I wanted to open it and at that moment the teapot started to ring. For years I have reviewed this scene and cannot find an explanation.
I ran to turn off the stove, but when I returned the bottle was not there, it took less than 15 seconds and it had disappeared. I decided to go out for fresh air and what would be my surprise when I discovered my totally perfect lock
