hello @bunnypuncher, well when I feel bad or sad, the truth is I try to get rid of it is the best thing that can be done to drain all that feeling that you have inside, either alone or with someone, I have experienced it in both ways, and I feel good sharing it with someone because that way the other person with a word of encouragement motivates me to move forward and leave that behind
