Now, that's easy. Earth is located in the Milky Way Galaxy. Andromeda Galaxy is the nearest galaxy next to Milky Way and IC1101 is near the Earth, as well. (If I'm not mistaken.)

If the fixed point used to measure the distance is Earth then, my answer is Galaxy MACS0647-JD0.
