Hey guys, it's time to give the prizes!

Two weeks ago, I opened a contest. It's a specific contest to introduce our TOS community, which stands for Teens on Steem. You can check the details by clicking here.

I have to say that it's been a great success! I got to know many teen steemians here and now we are quite a big group. And a few steemians who are teens at heart had given us a great support.

I have to say, it has been a tough job. All the entries have been so creative and unique, making it too hard for the judges. We are surprised to see such awesome posts.

So it's time to give the results! I'll start with the Teen contest!

This section was judged by me, @chamudiliyanage, @kenny-crane, @justaboutart and @tegoshei.

We all have given marks under these circumstances. We have surpassed a lot of trouble, thanks to @tegoshei's criteria of judging. 

• Focus - 2.5
• Creativity - 2.5
• Originality- 2.5
• Impact - 2.5

All together, that is 10 marks. And we have taken average to select the winners. 

So we have chosen the ones with the highest marks as the winners. One judge, @kenny-crane has sent me her reviews about the winning posts.

 This is an amazing drawing of a hybrid of an human teen girl or young woman, and a tree! It contains great detail and shows the strength of this age.  It also symbolizes that teens are the future and should be cared for but also given their chance to grow!

 This poem makes great use of words! You can feel the power of the emotions being described.  Love can be complicated especially for young people.  Young love can burn like a fire but it can be warm and satisfying, and we would be happy to relive it!

 I like how this short poem hits all the points about being a teen.  There is a lot of emotion at this age.  Loneliness, anger, love, heartbreak.  But it ends on a positive note - the challenges will be overcome!

There were only three entries so far.  We have given them marks according to the criteria I had mentioned before. All together, it's 40 marks. We have divided the full marks by 4 to take the average points.

And I like to take this moment to give my gratitude to the people that helped me to make this success. 

First, I like to thank my own dear sister, @chamudiliyanage for always staying besides me in this whole process. She was the one who introduced me here and she is a great support to me. She is also a active TOS member who posts creative stuff.x

Then I like to thank my friend, @kenny-crane. She is a daily manual creator and she had helped me a lot for me to climb this far. She is one of the elders that I respect the most in here and a friend I can depend on. She doesn't have much time to write posts, but she spends a lot of time awarding quality content by reading them thoroughly. She also lent a big shoulder to lift up the TOS community, voting #tos posts and judging the entries.

Then I like to thank our fellow TOS builder, @justaboutart. She had helped me a lot from the start, giving me ideas and encouragement. She had done a lot to make our TOS community grow better. She's a super talented artist who posts drawings.

I also like to thank my never met before sister @tegoshei. She had helped me a lot in this progress, helping me with the judging and stuff. She had encouraged teen bloggers by upvoting and commenting on their entries. Also, she has written an amazing post about our TOS community, giving it a huge shout out. 

I like to give my thanks for all who entered my contest, especially teens. My effort could have gone waste if it weren't for you. And last, thanks to everyone who have supported me in many ways.
