Boink! LOL
The contest was the #steemitsandwichcontest - it's pretty cool!
Ah ha ha - I ran away from college too, and went back, and ran away, and went back, and ran away... I studied art, languages, medical assisting, and theology. At four different schools. XD
I hope you are able to get your infrastructure plans done! And whatever other prime right time, right place ideas you have.
I'm presuming in your last question you're referring to my pet theory about Dannans? They way predate Lief Eriksson. Basically, it's because:
one: the Celtic Otherworld (where the fae live) is always "across the western ocean." From Europe, that's the Americas.
two: CuChulainn (my warrior hero) is noted all the time for taking after his fae father in that he grew no facial hair. Who doesn't grow facial hair? Native Americans.
three: There is evidence that Celts were here, albeit sparse, and didn't fuck up the joint. There's a cave in Oklahoma with ogham writing in it, as well as Norse runes, and the local hieroglyph language. It's like the Rosetta stone in that they all say the same thing: it's a "you are here" map (over this way is this river, over that way is this tribe... ) indicating that ogham (the Celtic alphabet) was considered to be a language travelers passing by were likely to know. There are legends among some tribe (I forget who off the top of my head) in the SE US about giants with red hair. There was red human hair discovered in a cave with skeletons in the area, too, that WAY predates white people being here in known history, and they tested it to be sure it was originally red and not just rusted or whatnot, and yes, it was originally red. There was also a tribe that was slaughtered by the Brits who looked like they were mixed with white people, though they might have been mixed with Norse by that point, nobody knows that I'm aware of, we just have British journals describing blue eyed and blonde haired Native Americans there. Finally, there was some other SE US (or the same one, it's been a while and I've completely blanked, sorry) tribe where some genetic testing found traces of Iberian genes in some people, who had no white ancestors in their known history. Iberia is where the Celts who invaded and took over Ireland from the Tuatha de Dannan came from. Coincidence? Maybe. But as I said, it's just my pet theory. :)
What kind of infrastructure ideas do you want to do most on the farm? What is Mrs. Eco doing whilst you are pruning and mowing in Florida? :)

Yeah! That's a lot of evidence! They have oral legends about a blue eyed mountain priest in our region of the inner Andes in Colombia as well!
I found the contest! Looks like its run by @jaybird! Thank you :)
The biggest thing on the farm is fencing. We have been tying our sheep, which requires a lot of visits to move them each day. If we can section certain part of the coffee fields off, they can just do their thing much easier and safer. I also have an unfinished sound studio and a shack of a house that could use upgrading.
Mrs Eco is working on her photography and video editing skills! Have you seen her most recent dlive video?
You are so studious! I also like learning...if only I could get a steady stream of income for learning new and interesting things....steem is my great hope!

Oh wow, I'm sure that's tons of work not having fences for the sheep! My brother in law turned a shed on their property into his sound studio, it's a pretty awesome project! Do you make music as well as do videos?
No, I missed @ecoinstante's latest, I'm going to have to go check!
Wouldn't it be nice to get paid for proof-of-learning? The dream!
