Every now and then I get excited, how much creativity is to be found on the Steem blockchain and the different frontends. Recently I started a search for Logo for the Wing Tsun school, I am training in. The results were amazing and we are a big step nearer to our goal.
I showed all ideas to my Sifu and he was quite impressed how many great ideas there were. We together picked the three most fitting ones and as promised distribute the rewards of the last post. The post recieved roughly 18 SBD rewards and I (almost) double them and send 10 SBD to the following 3 submissions.
The first one by @katharsisdrill managed to harmonize perfectly the snake and the crane in a ying and yang, but the animals look much too "kind" for a martial art school.
The second one by @rz19 is near perfect(especially the heads of the two animals), but somehow too detailed to use as a logo that burns into ones mind.
The last one by @konti is just badass with a perfect clear and minimalistic style, but unfortunately missing the balance to the crane.
What next?
Well that's a good question. There are still 150 SBD to claim but I don't really know how to proceed from here. In the description we lined out:
the logo has to work with and without the needed text which is:
Fachschule für Wing Tsun Würzburg Kampfkunst & Selbstverteidigung
and:
The bounty will go to the person or group, that manages to create us THE new logo and is able to deliver it in .ai or .eps format.
The bounty is still 150 SBD and still available.
The three prechosen versions until now will be clearly favored.

The Contest is still open, there was no real time limit. Yours was chosen as one of the three best fitting versions, and I said in the article which were the thoughts of my Sifu about it. Great balance, perfect "faces" of the animals, but somehow too detailed for the use as logo. (still awesome)

Basically a WT school is where you can learn one of the traditional chinese martial arts. It is as example the basis for Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do and most known due to the numerous movies about Yip Man in the last several years.

The history of martial arts will remain incomplete without Bruce Lee...and without his sifu, IP Man, Lee's biography remains incomplete. I wish I could participate in these contests but unfortunately, I'm not a designer. :(
