INTRODUCING LIP SYNC BATTLE with @prechi

Hello Steemians, its been a great day, a great month (my birth month) and a great year. Been pondering on what I would come up with on the steemit blockchain to engage my followers and everyone on this platform to do crazy, fantastic and great things that will build up the community, raise its standard, improve its social face (as its also called a social media platform), promote unity, assist interaction among all.

After so much ideas and decision, I've decided to come up with this;

INTRODUCTION

What is Lip Sync?
According to wikipedia, Lip sync is a technical term for matching a speaking or singing person's lip movements with pre-recorded song or spoken vocals that listeners hear, either through the sound reinforcement system in a live performance or via television, computer or cinema speakers in other cases. The term can refer to any of a number of different techniques and processes, in the context of live performances and audiovisual recordings.

In my own words and in a simplified way, lip sync means singing along to a song without your voice being heard but the vocals from the song only.

AIMS/OBJECTIVES

• One of the aim of this contest/battle being brought up here is to promote the social aspect of the platform as users get to showcase their lip syncing talent and also get to see other people's own.

• Another objective is that, this is one of the many ways value can be added to the community as it will enable users do what they never thought they could do on this platform.

• This contest/battle is one of many ways i'll use to give back to the community as it promises to reward all entry and winners getting the bigger share.

• The Lip Sync Battle is expected to be a weekly battle and its going to continue provided there is still support and cooperation.

REWARDS

There will be rewards to everyone participating and bigger rewards to winners.
Rewards are subject to increase if provided the contest gets the support it needs.

CONCLUSION

The Contest/battle is expected to kick off in my next post, i'll drop an example so you all can get an insight to the contest. To the best of my knowledge, this will mark the first of its kind to the steemit blockchain, It promises to be great as all entries will be appreciated and rewarded, and aslo expected to continue that way. I also want to use this opportunity to call for support so as to sustain this contest for a long period of time.
