* I am thinking to do some changes. From the 3rd edition (the one after this one) , I will select 30 captions out of the entries posted first and then do a lucky draw ☑☔☕☘. Its difficult to weigh who is really best, so I want to give equal weight to all, that give captions as per the rule and sound interesting.
