Hey @diggerdugg I made a new post about this would love your upvote and resteem :)
I use an app called esteem which allows you too change how much your vote is worth.
All this info should be available on the "FAQ" section or u cna search for people's articles explaining about to sin more detail.
I don't really have any organisational tools... I just login and steem lol.
