Actually for question one my logic was you use three triangles in this contest page every time, the odd one out would be the D the yellow triangle since you always use purple/blue red and green in your puzzle screenshots I was thinking it was a trap ha-ha. And darn I used a calc for #4 thought I had that one was off Thanks for the challenges

a very beautiful contest @spectrumecons

Thank you @gzmgndgdu.

very nice with your contest, learn to think with our logic! but I have a question about your number 3, 44>44+4x4+4+4 = 68, and I'm sure your logic 4x4+4+4 = 24, why You don't take 44 like other numbers? and 3.b,c, and d too? my opinion, it's not like arithmetic? sorry If I wrong!

That is an interesting observation @matriks77. I did not include the full explanation of how the sequence was derived in the post. Let's take Series A for example, second number is 24 (4×4+4+4=24), the third number is 38 (4×4+4+4+2×4+2+4=38) or (24+2×4+2+4=38), the fourth number is 73 (4×4+4+4+2×4+2+4+3×8+3+8=73) or (38+3×8+3+8=73), etc... The numbers in the series are actually calculated using cumulative values. The second number in the series has no cumulative value.

I found providing the full description to be rather tedious so I substituted the previous number in the series to make the explanation easy. I thought repeating the same numbers again and again would make the logic harder to see. The substitution does not appear to work for the second numbers in the series. I hope my short cut explanation has not created any confusion.

That is one of the aims. It is good to give the brain some exercise.

Ok thx, I'm waiting for your next puzzle! hehehehe

I have the same question! Why not start with the second number in each series? The second number of each series doesn't follow the "sum the previous number of each series," but it follows the rest of them.

I’m looking forward to join the next contest. 😊

Great, I look forward to your participation.

Nice contest hope I can participate in next and can get some sbd and thanks @spectrumecons to conduct such nice contest
