Hello Steemains here is the 21st week @steem-lagos weekly giveaway winner announcement. This week, we want to put a twist to it and spread the love once more therefore the week bounty was increased to 9SBD to be shared by the 3 best entries. Please we want the winners to confirm their receipt of the winning bonuses.

Firstly we would like to say why @vhagar did not qualify to be among the winners, Rule; "Post with the less Bot votes and trail votes will be considered as winner". So imagine a post with 109 Votes but with just 61 cents hence we picked users with lesser Trail and Bot Votes.

Now the Bounty is shared between three Nigerian Newbies. @dhayor with 31 votes, @nwamaka with 25 votes and @sirlahmjr with 18votes won 3SBD each!
