Things you need to know:

A. Rewards for this post are set for 50% steem power and 50% steem dollars.
B. The author will keep all of the steem power and will give 50% of the author's steem dollar payout to the winner.
C. The following rules will determine one winner.

• The total number of comments will be counted.
• That number will be input into random.org's Random Integer Generator to determine a random integer.
• The author will locate the comment that corresponds with the random integer that was generated.
• Author will confirm that the answer is correct.
• Author will confirm that multiple comments were not submitted by the user of the comment that was selected.
• Author will confirm that the user upvoted the post.

D. If the first comment selected is disqualified for any reason, a new integer will be selected and step #3 will be repeated until a qualifying answer is found.
E. The winner will be announced roughly 24 hours after the post was written.
