One Grain Does Not Fill A Sack But It Helps
If anyone had told him last month that writing could be as much fun as this, he'd have just laughed at them. For back then, he always considered writing as being too strenuous, requiring you to rack your brain and come up with amazing concepts.
So when Gbenga eagerly took his pen and immediately started putting together a submission for the Stach contest, he knew that his perception of writing had changed.
After participating in a number of them and winning twice, he knew it was no longer about the prize, he was in it mainly for the thrill.

So while he knew one contest could not make him an expert writer, he knew he was gradually getting better.
