RC's have handcuffed new steemit members and I am trying to remove those limitations for a select few people each week.
This is a simple little giveaway/contest for those who need some help being able to engage on steemit. The idea is to help people that are running into RC issues which limits the amount of commenting and posting they can do each day. Without the ability to engage it is very hard to build an audience and without that audience you aren't going to have people seeing your content.
Contest/Give Away Rules
- You must have less then 100sp
- Leave a comment below with your entry, start entry with "THIS IS MY ENTRY" and then tell me how much SP you currently have, how often you post, and why you would like the Delegation.
- You must power up your earnings and not be withdrawing them. Want to reward people who are showing they plan to be part of steemit long term.
Prizes
I want to get people up to 100sp or give them 50sp towards this. So the prizes will be "up to" 50sp and all prizes will be for 4 weeks.
- Max prize is 50sp for 4 weeks
- Max I will increase your SP to is 100sp (if you have 40sp max prize if 50sp, if you have 75sp max prize is 25sp)
- Max for this weeks prizes is 200sp, but only if enough quality original content producing people enter
Who receives the delegations is purely up to me as it's my money. But understand that I'm looking for active accounts that are producing quality Original Content.
Bonus Prize
@minnowbuilder3 will be set to autovote your content for at least the 4 weeks you are getting the delegation. This means a daily free upvote on your posts. The goal of the Minnow Builder Program is to support hand picked steemians who have less then 500sp with daily upvotes.

I never require upvotes, follows, or resteems to enter a contest but those things are all nice.
Resteems are a HUGE help with a project like this. Getting the offer of free delegation in front of the people that need to see it most is critical. Looking at my list of followers most will not qualify for this offer so I need some help promoting this. Help me help the community as a whole.

Steemit Black Belt is a community initiative in the formation stage. My main account is @wholeself-in, and I will resteem you there. I have some capacity to build myself, but am definitely bootstrapping.
I strive to post to this account 3-4 times per week in order to build its SP. In the next 3 months I would like to onboard people into the program. The structure of this onboarding initiative is a series of milestones encouraging people to become proficient using STEEM as a means of developing themselves and their own personal or business goals.

I expect many new Steemians from Tumblr will be struggling with RCs at first. They are probably not all porn. Censorship is becoming a major problem on mainstream social media, and even payment processors like PayPal and Stripe. People will be waking up to the value of an immutable distributed ledger soon, I expect.

@marcocosta I will review your posts closer later, but wondering why you are holding so much liquid steem and SBD currently in your account.
You currently have 34.6sp, but could have 34.6 + 20.6 (current Steem) + 32.9 (current SBD converted) for a total of 88.1sp. This would make a world of difference for your account.
If you are unsure of how to power up your Steem I did a very detailed comment about how to power up with no fees (never use blocktrades!) in a comment on this post. Look towards the top of the comments and you will see one from me to @justjoy detailing how to do this including screen shots.
I am going to make a detailed post about using the internal market which should help you understand how to convert SBD to Steem so you can power it up. Currently there is no support for going directly from SBD to SP.

At the very least you should probably power up the steem if you plan on being here for a while. Steem that is powered up into SP actually grows as there is an inflation factor built into all the powered up steem. This gives you free steem over time. Plus your upvote will have more value and you will have more RC's to function on steemit.

Personally I believe that it's good to have small amount of STEEM and also SBD. It just makes things easier sometimes to have some "cash' on hand. Powering down takes ages. And he may not even know that.

Generally I agree with you.
At the same time I think at some point almost everyone will encounter bots and steembotracker.com and at that moment it may be useful to have some small liquid STEEM or SBD. Playing around with bots is pretty much a must for everyone here.

I'm answering a question I found on one of the old minnowbuilder2 posts here. Regarding busy:
If you use their dapp and editor to post and add the busy tag to the post, they will upvote you. The upvote depends of the collective sp of your followers. I have about 5000 followers and some are big in sp. My vote comes in high - at or near the top of any post. My son has 1000 followers with low sp and he gets a lower vote - less than .01 now.
Do you have a good way to check vote values on your posts? I used to have an extension and the values showed, but it stopped being supported. Also please let me know whenever minnowbuilder is open. I will definitely get in each time I can :)

I use https://steemworld.org/ to look at vote values. You can look at your current posts and see a list of all incoming votes down to 0.0001 level.

As for busy the vote just didn't excite me enough to use their platform. Slower then steemit.com and saw absolutely no value to their app. Know some people love it, I find it even more clunky then steemit directly. Tried esteem also, but same thing there. Some people like to knock steemit because of whatever, but in the end it does what it needs to and without any added costs.

I could not do without either one due to the votes they give. I get good votes for both me and my son from esteem's trail about 75% of the time. Busy is free, and I get a good vote even if he does not. Then with 1 dtube video a day, I've got 3 posts each and that's enough.
