When i was a kid i always wanted to be a surgeon- a neurosurgeon specifically, i read a book by Dr. Ben Carson ,when i was like 5 ,and i automatically fell in love with the medical world,
Anyways am still planning on going into Medicine and surgery to fulfill my dreams,
By the way,i just graduated with a B.Sc in Microbiology..

Well, it's wonderful that you are still on track. All I wanted to be doesn't matter anymore, I just want to be outrageously rich coz I've come to discover that with money you can be anything. Former President Olusegun Obasanjo after being a president went back to school, Mark Zuckerberg last year went back to get his certificate, that all happened because they have money. No one will insult or look down on them because they have already achieved feats and are respected entities.
My dad said some years ago, if you acquire all the degrees and it doesn't translate to money, you won't feel achieved and satisfied.

When I was a kid, I have always wanted to become a doctor but that dream died when an uncle of mine told me that as an IT student in the university, in the lab, everyone would be given a dead body to operate on....What!!!!!? And am always scared whenever I heared that someone just gave up the ghost let alone to go close to a decease.😁

When i was a kid, I've always wanted to become an Economist cuz of my Uncle and role model who is one. But as i was growing up, my perspective towards life changed a bit because of my environment. Certain behaviors that people put up and you cant find a reason to it or cant just seem to understand their motive for doing what they've done which led me to later having passion for psychology which can give me insight into explaining people's behavior.

I used to be a careless fellow when I was a kid but there was only one thing I gave total attention to- nature. Nature has always been my source of inspiration and it's indifferent. I love art, and I did my best practicing it. No doubt about being a fine artist I thought when I was a kid. Families and friends appreciated my work and the rest is history. Today I didn't see myself as I have always wanted to be. However, i ended up being a pharmacist.

When I was five years old I wanted to be a vet. I would pick up any stray puppy I could get my hands on and bring it home (I thought of my mum as my assistant nurse whose job entailed cleaning the puppy, feeding them and get them ready for my cuddles). Although I continued helping all the pups in my neighbourhood the thought of blood and all the gory stuff deterred me from pursuing this noble (and profitable) path!
When I was about eight or nine (that's a while back in history) I think I wanted to be an astronaut too. I used to watch a show about the cosmos on TV and I was obsessed with the thought of being in outer space (with hindsight it was a bit of a stretch seeing I don't get the maths at all).
When I was about sixteen I wanted to be a lawyer like Ally McBeal. Yes, it is embarrassing but I thought it is good to be honest here among friends.
Now I am xx years old and as it turned out, I am a lawyer (nothing like Ally McBeal but happy soul nonetheless) I wish I stuck to the age five option ;)

When i was a kid i wanted to build a house, i thought that time that it was easy to construct a house that can fit a small family. But reality hurts when i grew up and started to knew more about things and it was not easy at all. It will took many days, or weeks to create one. Growing up as a kid, i wanted to be a Nurse.
I love their smart look and how they make people well again.
So got into secondary school, i joined the science class, along the line the passion of being a Nurse difted away.
I hate the smell of drugs, dont like the hospital and a lot of things.
So i had this like for geography and space travel, i love to read about earth and other planet.
And at times i dream of travelling outside earth. Lolss

First I wanted to be a pilot, the idea of flying around the world seemed intriguing to me. Then I wanted to become a fashion designer. I saw names like Giorgio Armani, Gianni Versace and thought ny own name Giovani Zanolino would fit right in. When I was a child, I wanted to be Miss Universe. I used to see shows on television like Miss Venezuela that are very popular in my country and I remember that imitated all the contestants and even taking my mother's heels, fixing my hair, acting like them and doing the catwalk. The most common thing I wanted to be as a kid was a storm chaser/meteorologist. My fascination with weather (especially tornadoes) started at a very young age. I had these VHS tapes of tornado footage I would watch over-and-over and I would just marvel at them. Anytime we had a severe weather event locally I would be glued to my television. I even had a scanner I would listen to local weather spotters communicate with the national weather service with. I watched The Weather Channel more than I watched cartoons. It was a bit of an obsession!

When I was a kid, I always hear my friends and classmates that they want to be a doctor, teacher, police, and a fireman to help the "people", so from that, I want to become the "people" that they are saying, so that I can receive all the help that they will give hahahaha.

Oh wow! This got me laughing! As kids, we have dreams and aspirations and most of these dreams are just fantasies. We think we should be this or that because they (our parents) told us Bankers, Lawyers and Doctors are the real deal!
For me, i wanted to be a Lawyer but i am now a philosopher. Like the saying, man proposes but God disposes!

When I was a kid, I used to aim to be an OB Gyne. Yes, an Obstetrician. Because I really want to see pussies. I'm a horny kid that time. But then I discovered I'm squeamish(easily disgusted by the sight of blood). So I picked another field. Now I graduated as an IT. Because I dont want to take any board exams... :D

When I was a little girl I just wanted to build a robot, not to be an engineer, not to dedicate myself to mechanics, no, I just wanted to create a robot and I did it, destroy the machine to inflate the wheels of the bike and win a big scolding. After fulfilling my dream precariously, I decided to become a doctor, my God! I would save lives, my mother said that if I wanted to be a doctor I had to study anatomy from that moment and that's what I did, only that the bones and their names were very complex so I forgot to be a doctor. After 10 years I decided to become a physiotherapist, until high school I thought it would be my profession. I am currently a law student ... ironies of life.

Growing up, my dream has always been to be in the armed forces, the air force precisely!
But as days turned to years and time elapsed, my passion for helping others with what I love to do surpassed my dreams of being an air force officer. I chose to chase Pharmacy.

As a kid, i have always dreamt of becoming a surgeon that i practically catch lizards them and burying them in the ground to come back months later to count their bones and relating to that of humans.
I have also conducted operations on lizards too and checking whats in their belly and then sewing it back and expecting it to live and run but unfortunately i kept wondering why they die. Lolz..

As a kid,I grew up seeing the psychiatric illnesses that were a kinda hereditary for my family.I saw my father,sister and uncles suffer from different kinds of problems from depression to schizophrenia.I even lost my father as a consequence of same.To be true,I ,myself ,was also very afraid that I might get one too as you can't control the genetics.
So without telling anyone,I started dreaming of becoming a psychiatrist...a good one.. and I worked a lot for it.My financial status would not allow me to invest so much money for medical education but I am very thankful to god that I got a scholarship for pursuing my dream and I am a third year MBBS student now and will be hopefully completing my degree very soon.

When i was a kid i always wantef to be a pilot. The decision was however influenced by the fact that my father flew planes during the Nigerian civil war... and this always intrigued me. However, nw am a certified Economist and dont really hv any regrets!
