I think this is a good idea, and I think it would definitely be more efficient to try to work with SteemCleaners or some of the other groups trying to manage abuse. Do you know how to get in touch with them?

    I have no idea, but I would just message them on steemit, like I did with you. Or do you have some contacts?
    I could also overtake your downvoting, without any delegation, if you still want to continue to downvote that guy.
    What do you think is the best idea to contiune now?
    I broke my thump yesterday, so I am a little bit limited at the moment, but I can still start building the bot, but I am very slow.
