It would truly be wonderous if a generous whale or two or twenty could consistently upvote The Deadpost Initiative.
I’ve guarantee at least a 10 Steem or sbd prize pool for the past 13 weeks but I believe many of these posts are worth much more.

It’s wrong to let these wonderful dead posts to go forgotten and without payout, we need to give them a proper burial. I started this initiative with every intention of handing out over $100 Steem every week, however long it takes. We’ve had a great response from minnows, but not enough support from bigger accounts. Without your support, I will have to wait until I am a massive whale to make big rewards a reality.
With your support we could be rolling out much bigger rewards as early as this week!

It seems like a great idea, but I don't know... It’s kind of a microcosm for what’s happening with crypto at large. Will it survive in the long run, I have no idea, but it’s going to be pretty big in 2018.
Don’t get discouraged by the bullshit. We are trying to build something new on top of something old. It’s a total mess, but that’s the world right now. There is enough good here for me to stick around and try to grow my account so I can bring up others who really deserve it along with myself.
I treat it more like a high quality blogging space rather than an art platform, I started by trying to share my fiction and was quickly discouraged. I do hope to share my fiction at some point, but not when there is still a high potential for 0 comments.

You spam with posts like these every week. Last week a few of them decided to upvote for once, but it still hasn’t helped me break even for all the Steem I’ve fronted these past few weeks.
I don’t blame them, they get soooo much attention and even I have a problem remembering everyone and I’m just a decent sized minnow.
This will take off eventually and when it does, I’ll make sure the riches are passed around.

I am a very mini minnow and have been very gungho with upvoting. I've done a few resteems but not many.
The last couple of days I kept getting shut out of Steemit due to low bandwidth and wasn't sure whether that was because of my actions or because of the node (whatever they are) problems that seem to be happening at the moment.
My vote % was down to 25 at one point and since then I've been trying to be a bit more disciplined.
On reading your comment my initial reaction was to resteem and upvote your post. But what I don't understand is whether I'm better waiting until I my VP is higher again and then watching it more carefully or should I just vote away.
If I resteem and upvote when my numbers are low, does that really help you?

Not really your actions, because of the huge influx of new users the site gets a little wobbly sometimes. This happened about 6 months ago right after I started here and lasted about two or three days. The witnesses are working on it. @timcliff, one of the good whales (there are more than you think) did a post on it yesterday explaining.
Resteeming obviously does more for someone’s if you have more followers but if you have 20 followers who pay attention to their feed, that’s better than 1000 followers who don’t. I tend to resteem more on weeks that I’m posting less. It’s up to you really! Every little bit counts.
