Puzzle of the Week #2: SBD and SBI giveaway - What am I?

It was a short week, time for another Puzzle of the Week and some easy freek'in coin.

As we did last week. I'll be doing another random giveaway of 5 SBD and 10 SBI shares this week (@steembasicincome) based on a weekly puzzle. Easy freaking moolla folks. Jump in on this contest.

The Puzzle for this week

When liquid splashes me, none seeps through,
when I'm moved a lot, liquid I spew,
when I am hit, colour I change, and colours I come in, quite a range,
what I cover is quite complex,
yet I am very easy to flex.
