Bang! Straight to the point and this is the concept of the contest... the comment with the lowest number of upvotes wins the main prize. This will be an atypical contest because you will have to try to be the worst contestant ever!
The main reason is to create an interesting upvoting game in which all the contestants will be upvoting their opponents comments to win the main prize. Just think about it... all of us can have fun and make money in the same time, and yes you got it right...
It is 100% a Win-Win Situation!
By upvoting your opponents you are basically forcing them to upvote you back. So just entering this contest with ANY comment should guarantee you some payout at the end but remember as i mention replays to the other comments will not be consider as a valid entry in the contest. Of course you can replay if you want to other comments but first don't forget to have your own comment... keep in mind that for a valid entry you should follow the rules and you should write your own comment.

After first day the contest have 9 legit entries from the following players: @nancybriti, @sardar-sani, @rashid001, @ro-hit, @akkibadboy, @mdkhan07, @kingtamarah, @ciska, @florianghe, and i hope in the following days more will join; at the end of the day the more players are joining the more fun the contest will be and for sure the more engagement will generate...
Keep in mind that you can replay to any of the comments that the players are adding but just your main comment when you enter the contest will count for the ranking at the end. The replays still qualify for the most original comment, and as well you never know maybe will generate votes as well...

Man, you had to enter the contest by the fifth day, at the latest. You just missed it because you resteemed/upvoted on the sixth day. You can't just do that, as the OP said, this would only mean the last comment wins and this is not the point of loserville.
Try next season to enter on the fifth day and you'll be alright ;)
