Welcome my Steemit friends as I examine whether or not an Article V Constitutional Convention of States should be included and why. For reductions in the amount of a government that is somewhat beyond the Constitution of the United States of America - Should this be in the Anarchists' Cookbook?

The Anarchist Cookbook

What is the Anarchist Cookbook? If you do not know: It is a book for anarchists that tells how to make bombs among other things. It also includes tactics and is in a way the training manual for guerilla warfare. It also includes tactics and organization among other things.

But what if you did not have to blow anything up or start a guerilla war because you could force government to change? If not easily change, at least without the conscious mind and the unconscious mind retaining the acts such a war would take and which one would need to survive. Have you ever been in any sort of struggles that resorted to fisticuffs or beyond? Those memories are never forgotten. People that die or are maimed in front of you are never forgotten right or wrong.

Here in the United States, there is something that has never been used since the founding fathers included it in the Constitution of the United States. The ability to do what was done first to form a government was included in the Constitution. In the event the government walked away from the law, ran away from the Constitution, Article V was included in the Constitution. This is the law in the United States of America and it was bought with a lot of blood and maintained with a lot of gore.

We all know, that given the chance, well meaning idiots will take over a country, become corrupted and have all the answers for everything - OPPRESSORS and DICTATORS!!!!

As soon as the usurpers sit in power, they do not want to leave. In one case the United States had a civil war over it. One or two other times there were vast nationwide riots on civil rights. And every so often, someone raises a fist or kneels in front of the flag and the national anthem when they should not. A lot more happens than that! We all know it!

No place upon the world is perfect. Everywhere has its challenges. The nice part is foresight that we can all work together until what we want happens, or we evolve if you believe that will happen. Acknowledging and the use of the Convention of States might actually be benign evolution. The point is there is a mechanism moving along and growing rather nicely that holds your exact same beliefs and created to fulfill your exact same wants whether or not the corporations, cronies, and the bureaucracy want it.

The Anarchist Cookbook - Here is where a Convention of States could have been used but like the Civil War was not and should be included:

1. The Civil War.
2. Government land ownership
3. Civil Rights
4. Marijuana Legalization
5. National Debt
6. Surveillance versus Bill of Rights
7. Government growth
8. War(s)
9. Confiscation of Private Property (The drug war - it is actually illegal you know)
10. Prohibition
11. Taxation
12. Reaffirmation of Constitutional Rights
13. An unlimited number of issues and the time is here.

Conclusion:
Yes, an Article V Convention of States should be in the Anarchist Cookbook because revolutionaries are anarchists. They tire of the abuses of government and so they revolt. The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States are the very minimums that people agreed government is allowed to do by law. Then came precedent law, regulations, 75,000 pages of tax code, and so much more.

Now we have to enforce that law - we the people must enforce the law and he is how to do it:
