Gateàu Chocolat

Zutaten:
5 Eier trennen
250 g Zucker
125 g Schokolade 70% Kakao
125 g Butter
125 g Mehl
1 tl Backpulver

Zubereitung:
Eiweiß steif schlagen. Eigelb und 4 El heißes Wasser schaumig schlagen.Schokolade mit Butter schmelzen, abkühlen lassen.Danach unter den Eigelbschaum rühren.Mehl und Backpulver mischen und den Eischnee unterheben und mit dem Eigelbschaum verrühren.
Bei 180 Grad ca. 20-30 Minuten backen.Zutaten reichen für eine Springform, für ein Backblech doppelte Menge nehmen.258690-420x280-fix-g-teau-au-chocolat.jpg
