Soy Soup With Mushroom and Chicken

Ingredients

200 grams Mushrooms, roughly chopped

200 grams Boneless Chicken, roughly chopped

50 grams Butter

1 small Onion, finely chopped

1 lt Milk of Soy

2 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder

50 grams Flour

Making steps

Heat the pan and melt the butter, add onion cook till flavor, add the mushroom and chicken cook till color change, add the soy milk and shimmer gently with low heat, seasoning with salt, sugar and pepper powder. And last add the four stir well till thicken.
