Janda Rib Soup / Spicy Rib Soup
Ingredients
5 green cayenne, fried and sliced
3 inch Cinnamon
6 pcs of Cloves
Halfed of Nutmeg, smashed
2 Spring Onion, chopped
4 Celery, finely chopped
2 Lemon Grass, smashed
3 Bay Leaf
2 Lime Leaves
Water
Salt and Sugar
Fried Onion
Ground spices
8 Red Onion, sliced
3 inch Ginger, smashed
1 teaspoon Pepper powder
Making Steps
In Large souce pan stir fry grounded spices, lemon grass, lime leaves, bay leaves till fragrant and add in some of sliced spring onion, add in tender rib and 1 litre broth, cook till spices are absorb, don't forget seasoning with sugar and salt, corection the taste and off the fire
Prepare serving bowl, pour the soup add in little sliced of spring onion and celery, spinkled of fried onion and fried green cayenne, for the last touch, give them freshly squeezed of lime juice.
