Chicken Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken, make 4 cut
- 200 grams Canned Cream Corn
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Carrot, diced
- 1 Celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper seeds
- 2 Spring Onion, finely slice
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 900 ml Water
- Salt and Pepper powder
Making Steps
- Boil with medium heat, Water, Chicken, vegetable, Bay leaf, Onion Leaf, Salt and Pepper seeds.
- Low the heat and cook about 30 minutes more, strain and leave it the broth, set aside.
- Separated Chicken from the bone and chopped the meat with a little slice.
- Cook again the chicken broth and Cream Corn with low heat about 5 minutes.
- Add Salt and Pepper Powder and off the heat.
- Serve it in the Serving Bowl and sprinkle with slice of Spring Onion....
