Fettucini Carbonara

Ingredients

  • ½ kg Fettucini
  •  2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ tablespoon Salt
  •  200 ml Full cream milk
  • 125 grams Grated Cheddar Cheese
  •  250 grams Smoked Beef, cut into plaid or lengthwise
  • 100 grams Mashroom
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Dried Oregano Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • ¼ minced Onions

Making Steps

  1. Boil Fettucini with Olive oil and ¾ dose of Salt for about 7 to 10 minutes, remove, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat Butter until melted, saute Garlic together with Onions until smelling delicious.
  3. Add the Smoke Beef and Mashroom, sprinkle the Dried Oregano leaves and the rest of the Salt dosage. Cook until the meat is cooked.
  4. Pour Milk, boil until the Milk shrinks and Carbonara sauce thickens.
  5. Add the Cheese while turning the heat off.
  6. Prepare Fettucini on a serving plate, flush with Carbonara sauce and sprinkle parsley chopped on top of it.
