Soft Cheese Cake

Ingredients
130 grams Flour
5 Eggs
200 grams Cream Cheese
200 grams Sugar
160 ml Milk
1 tablespoon Edam Cheese or Parmesan, grated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
200 grams Whipped cream
200 grams Cheddar, grated
Making Steps
Mix melted unsalt butter and flour, on the mixer mecine and add in egg one by one and salt, beat till half way, add in sugar and edam cheese, beat till fluffy. And last pour the mixture cream cheese.
Prepare disassembly pan and lined with 1 layer baker paper and 2 layer aluminum paper, to prevent leakage. Pour the cheese cake batter to it.
And prepare one larger regular pan that already pour with 1/8 water.
and put disassembly pan into a regular pan that already watering.
Enter into the oven and set the temperature should not be too hot or about 155 - 165 celcius for 37-43 minutes. After the cake is cooked, do not remove yet and let it cool slightly in the oven. Once cool, remove the baking sheet and insert briefly into the refrigerator before it is released from disassembly pan, prevent damaged.
When cooked and done, sliced in 2 part, spread whipped cream and sprinkle with grated cheddar in the middle and covered with whipped cream and cheddar all over the cake.
