Squid Rings

Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoon Lime juice
1 Beaten Egg
1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
1 1/2 tablespoon Grated Garlic
150 grams Flour
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano (as U wish)
Fat for Frying
Making Steps
In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, pepper, chicken stock powder, salt, oregano and beaten egg, mix well.
Enter The squid one by one into dipping Flour and covered the squid well.
Heat the fat for fry, and add in the covered squid into fat but not too crowded.
Cooked till done and golden about 40 minute with medium heat, lift and drain in paper towel.
And do the same for the rest squid.
Serve with chili sauce and mayonaisse while squid ring are warm.
