Fruity White Chocolate Bar
Ingredients
- 85 grams Almond, roughly chopped
- 190 grams Brazil Nut, roughly chopped
- 90 grams Dry coconut
- 200 grams Dried Apricot, chopped
- 155 grams Raisins, finely chopped
- 40 grams of Flour
- 250 grams White Cooking Chocolate, melted
- 125 ml Apricot Jam
- 190 ml Honey
- 1 tablespoon refined sugar
Making Steps
- Prepare 19cm x 29cm pan and smear with butter, lined with baker paper and spread with butter.
- Mix Almond, Beans, Coconut, Apricot, Raisin and Flour in a large bowl.
- Pour hot chocolate, Jam, and Honey and mix well.
- Flatten in baking sheet and bake in 160 C about for 45 minutes, refrigerate and sprinkle refined sugar before cutting to pieces according to your taste.
