Leche merengada
Ingredients (4 people):
600 ml of milk
2 clear
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon
30 g of sugar
cinnamon powder
8 round wafers
Mint leaves
Preparation of the recipe Meringue milk:
Bring to boil the milk with the cinnamon stick, the lemon peel and the sugar in a casserole, add the cinnamon stick and the lemon skin. Remove and let it aromatize. Let it cool and insert it in the refrigerator.
Put the egg whites in a bowl. Mount with electric blender until well fitted. Strain the milk and add to the bowl. Mix well.
Serve the meringue milk in 4 glasses and sprinkle with a little cinnamon powder. Garnish with wafers, mint mint and mint leaves.
