COOKING LESSON AND MORE ABOUT ME
Good day everyone, today I'm doing my first cooking lesson post, but before that let me introduce myself again first.
I am Mark Jason, 25 years of age who Lives in the Philippines, I am working as a cook/chef in a Filipino-Korean restaurant in the Philippines, I'm almost two years in this career and I want to share to you some of the recipes and skills I have learned in past two years of my cooking carrer so I decided to make my first cooking lesson post..
For today's recipe let me show you how to cook kimchi fried rice.
LET'S DO THIS!
Cooking Lesson no.1 "How to cook kimchi fried rice".
Ingridients:
2 cups of cooked rice
cooking oil
Kimchi
cabbage
onion leaks
garlic
onion
1 piece egg
ham (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon msg (optional)
I didn't put the exact amount of the vegetables because it is up you on how many vegetable you want to put depending on your taste, you can also add other vegetable you want like carrots..
Procedure
First preheat the pan with oil(medium heat) then put and saute the garlic until the color become golden brown.
Then put the kimchi and all the vegetables ingridients and saute it for 20-30 seconds then add the beaten egg and saute again for 10 seconds.
Then put the ham and 2 cups of rice in the pan and mix them together with the vegetables, keep on mixing them until the color become golden brown.
It is better if you garnish fried rice with sliced onion leeks or spring onion before serving. Then it's done very easy, right? And also cooking this fried rice didn't take much of your time..
I love eating fried rice ever since I was a child, I remember my mother always cooking fried rice for the breakfast of our family almost everyday and I missed that so much because now I'm not living on my parents house now I'm living in a apartment near in my workplace. And also what I love about fried rice is this kind of recipe is very flexible It can adjust on whatever the taste you want, you can easily add ingridients you want and remove the ingridients you didn't want plus it is very easy and fast to cook..
Thank you for you time spent reading this content hope you enjoyed..
