Good day everyone! I'm very exited to share my seventh #cooking-lesson to all of you, and for my seventh cooking lesson I will show you how to make a very delicious side dish "the Spicy Cucumber Salad".
I have a good news to you guys because for this cooking-lesson you really don't need to cook plus it is very easy to make LOL..
So Let's get started? But before we start we need to complete all the ingridients needed..
Ingridients:
cucumber 1kg
sliced onion 1pc
chopped garlic 4 cloves
sesame seed 3 spoons
sesame oil 3 spoons
chili flakes 4 spoons
chili powder 1/2 spoon
fish sauce 3 spoons
sugar 1 spoon
beef powder(dasida) 1/2 spoon
Procedure:
first we need to slice the onion and cucumber, (the slice of the cucumber depends on what shape and size you want).
then after slicing the onion and cucumber put them on the bowl and put all the ingridients together.
after we put all of the ingridients we need to mix them properly until all the powder ingridients dissolves.
then our Spicy Cucumber Salad is done and ready to be serve.
Take note:
If you want more spicy you can add more chili flakes or chili powder, if tou want more salty you can add fish sauce or beef powder. you can experiment, you can add whatever you want to add in this food as long as it is edible or not poisonus lol. And also this kind of food can last for days just don't forget putting it on the refrigerator..
At last! my Spicy Cucumber Salad is done and ready to eat. Very easy to make, right? maybe if you have time you can try this one, you can finish to make this in less than 5 minutes so making this won't take much of your time. ^^
