Hello everyone!

It's been a short while since I started to make my cooking -lesson content/recipes here in steemit and I'm very happy to tell you that I already made 10 recipes, this first 10 recipes ar the first recipes I have learned on my cooking career.

But before I share to you my first 10 #cooking-lesson recipes, I want to tell a little bit about me and my career first. Well I'm Mark Jason 25 years of age a simple man who lives in the Philippines, I am currently working as a chef/cook in a restaurant here in our country and I'm 2 years in this cooking career, I know I'm still new in this career and I'm still on the process of learning, but I can assure you that I love what I am doing right now, I think cooking is one of my passions because cooking for someone makes me feel happy. That's why I want to share to you some of the recipes I have learned on my 2 years cooking experience.

My First 10 Cooking-lesson Recipes

Cooking-Lesson no.01, "Let's Cook Kimchi Fried Rice"20191010_213124.jpg If you love kimchi or korean foods this fried rice is good for you because the main ingridient of this fried rice is kimchi.


Cooking-Lesson no.2, Let's Cook Japchae Noodles20191015_204653.jpgHere's another popular Korean noodle dish, this noodle recipe is called Japchae, this is sweet and juicy noodles made of Glass noodles/potato starch noodles, with beef and different kinds of vegetables.

Cooking-Lesson no. 6 How to make Kamotecue/Sugar Coated Sweet Potato20191101_183648.jpgKamotecue/Sugar coated sweet potato is a popular and well known snack/street food in the Philippines, this is made of fried sweet potato coated with white or brown sugar.

Cooking-Lesson no.8 " How to Make Kkaennip Jangajji/Marinated Perilla Leaves20191109_184712.jpgMarinated perilla leaves are made of perilla leaves, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and different kinds of condiments and spices. The taste of this food is sweet, little salty and menthol.


Cooking-Lesson no. 9 "How to Cook Budae-Jjigea or Army Base Stew20191116_212107.jpgThe Budae Jjigea/Army Base Stew is a food originated in South Korea with American influence because Budae Jjigea common ingridients are made of American processed meat products like ham, sausage, hotdog, etc.


Cooking-Lesson No. 10 "How to Cook Sauteed Canned Sardines With Moringa and Chili Leaves"20191118_174947.jpg this Sauteed canned sardines with moringa and clili leaves is the easiest and the cheapest recipe to cook among my 10 cooking lesson recipe, this was very easy and fast to make plus I only spend 1.2usd for cooking this recipe.


So those are my 10 cooking-lesson recipes, all of those are cooked and made by me, I hope there is at least one recipe caught your interest and I'm will be happy to see if you tried cooking at least 1 on those recipes..
