Colmar in France is amous for its Flamkuche.
A very tasty dish.
It's very easy and fast to prepare, and with a nice salad it's even better.
So here we go.
You'll need:
Mexican wraps.
Crème Fraiche
Onions, best are the red ones.
Smoked salmon, tuna out of a tin on water.
You can combine with seafruit if you want.
Grated cheese.
A spoon, and a pizaknife.
Hot oven. 200 degrees Celsius.
First heat up the oven till 200 degrees.
You take the spoon and creme fraiche and use the backside of the spoon to smear the creme on the wrap.
When the wrap is totally covered with the cream you sprinkle the salmon and or the tuna on the cream.
Finish it of with some onions and the grated cheese.
Put in the middle of the oven for 8-9minutes at the most.
You have to look after this time how it's baked, because wraps tend to burn easily.
